This morning when I opened my bible a little piece of paper fell out. On it, handwritten was the following:

I am sixty-eight, a widow, grandmother to four boys and one girl (a little angel) and mommy to two dogs and one cat. I work part time for a law firm which I have been with for nearly thirty years, I sing in the church choir and play guitar and sing with a small group called "The Whiffenpoofs." The Whifs sing at Alzheimer's Centers and Assisted Living Facilities. It is one of my favorite things to do.

Folks who share the same interests in photography and writing. I find it thrilling to post something that I have written and equally enjoyable to read something someone else has written.
We have a lot in common. I'm a teacher, but I spend my free time writing, gardening, crafts, and reading. I have published one book, My Mother's Shoes. It's a humorous mystery. It was fun but I'm not sure I'm willing to do it again.
